DEV DIGITAL LTD respects the privacy of devdigital.bg's visitors and clients. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and what rights you have, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law.

What data we collect
When you contact us via the contact form, we process the name, email address, and message content you provide. If you consent via the cookie banner, we also process visit data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — see our Cookie Policy for details.
Purpose and legal basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of pre-contractual relations and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We process analytics data only on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We use the following processors: Resend (contact-form email delivery), Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) — the latter two only after your consent. Some of these processors may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses or another appropriate GDPR safeguard.
Retention period
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed for the correspondence and any resulting contractual relationship, but no longer than applicable statutory limitation periods. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' retention settings (14 months by default).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia.
