Withdrawal & Refund Policy
This policy governs the right of consumers (individuals acting outside their trade or profession) to withdraw from a distance contract concluded with DEV DIGITAL LTD, in accordance with Bulgarian consumer protection law.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer under Bulgarian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without stating a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement (e.g., an email) to hi@devdigital.bg before the 14-day period expires. You may use the sample form below, but this is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
Upon a valid withdrawal, we reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of the date we are informed of your decision, using the same payment method, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Bulgarian consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed to the consumer's individual specification or clearly personalized, nor to services whose performance began and was fully completed before the 14-day period expired, if the consumer gave prior express consent and acknowledged that they would lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance.
